StockUp is operated by SafeAgain Technologies LLC. This policy explains what information StockUp collects, how it is used, and how to contact us.

Information we collect

• Email address, when you create or access an account or contact support.
• Onboarding preferences, such as goals, diet preferences, allergies, avoided foods, preferred proteins, and prep-time preferences.
• App content you create or save, such as meal plans, inventory items, prep sessions, shopping lists, and recipe choices.
• Basic technical information needed to operate, debug, and secure the app and services.

How we use information

• To provide app functionality, including account access, recipe planning, inventory, and prep sessions.
• To personalize recipe and prep recommendations based on preferences you provide.
• To respond to support requests and troubleshoot issues.
• To protect the app, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Storage and service providers

Some app information may be stored on your device. Account and preference data may be stored with our backend service provider, Supabase. This support and privacy site is hosted by Vercel. We may use Apple services for app distribution and review.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We do not use third-party advertising trackers in the app. We may share information with service providers that help operate StockUp, or when required by law, security, or app platform requirements.

Your choices

You can contact us to ask questions about your information or request help with app data. Some app data may also be removed locally by resetting or uninstalling the app.

Children

StockUp is not directed to children under 13.
